Products purchased from the official VRURC website may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided that the product meets the return conditions listed below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • The product must include all original accessories, manuals, gifts, and packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The product must not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, water damage, unauthorized repair, improper operation, or other non-quality-related damage.

Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we will begin processing your refund.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Returns may not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made after the 30-day return period.
  • The product was not purchased from the official VRURC website.
  • The product was purchased from Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, offline retailers, unauthorized sellers, or other third-party platforms.

  • For other third-party platforms, please contact the original seller or platform where the order was placed.
  • The product is returned without all original accessories, gifts, manuals, or packaging.
  • The product is damaged due to misuse, drops, water exposure, extreme temperatures, unauthorized repair, improper operation, or other non-quality-related causes.
  • The product is a clearance item, final sale item, custom order, or personalized item.
  • The order is a corporate purchase or bulk order. Orders of 10 or more units may be considered bulk orders.
  • The customer is found to be abusing the return policy through frequent or excessive returns.

VRURC reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Promotional Orders and Free Gifts

If your order includes free gifts, bundle discounts, “Buy One, Get One” offers, or other promotional items, all related items must be returned together.

If only part of the promotional order is returned, VRURC may deduct the retail value of the free or discounted item from the refund amount.

Quality-Related Issues

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an issue caused by VRURC, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

After our support team reviews and confirms the issue, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Refund
  • Other reasonable after-sales support

For confirmed product quality issues, VRURC will cover the necessary return or replacement shipping costs.

For product issues that occur after 30 days but within the warranty period, please contact us to start a warranty claim.

Non-Quality-Related Returns

For returns caused by personal reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong product, or no longer needing the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

In this case:

  • VRURC will refund the product price only.
  • Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
  • A valid return tracking number must be provided.

How to Start a Return

For orders placed on the official VRURC website, please email payments@vrurcpower.com with the following information:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Email address used for the order
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos or videos of the product, if applicable
  • Your preferred solution: refund, replacement, or exchange

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Please do not return the product before receiving our return instructions and return address.

After shipping the return package, please send us:

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection.

Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your official VRURC website order by contacting us at payments@vrurcpower.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Once an order has entered the shipping process or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the product, subject to this policy.

Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

VRURC is not responsible for failed delivery caused by:

  • Unavailable recipient
  • Refusal to accept the package
  • Other customer-provided delivery errors

If the carrier confirms that the package was lost or delivered incorrectly due to carrier error, we will assist with the investigation and may arrange a replacement or refund based on the result.

Customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance requirements, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Claims

This Return & Refund Policy applies to return and refund requests within 30 days of delivery.

Warranty claims may require:
